You can submit transcripts via GAFutures, E-Script, Parchment, or via mail. Please mail the transcripts and all other documents to our Admissions Imaging Center, located on the Gainesville campus.

If the student has taken the SAT or ACT prior to our Early Action deadline, we advise that the student applies and competes for a spot in our early decision. It is a non-binding decision if accepted. In the case that they have met the expectations but not extended acceptance, they will automatically be updated to the Regular Admission pool.

Associate

Complete 17 (16 for students graduating 2011 or earlier)  (RHSC) units of high school course work. If you are missing a course, you may be considered for admission if you meet . You may be considered for admission if you have a GED, are at least 18 years old (exceptions for younger students may be considered), meet all associate admissions expectations, and your high school graduating class graduated within 5 years of the start of your intended semester of enrollment.

Bachelor's

Complete 17 (16 for students graduating 2011 or earlier)  (RHSC) units of high school course work. No exceptions on the failure to complete the required 17 units of high school course work.

At ´óÏó´«Ã½, we base our admission off of the Freshman Index. This is a combination of the student’s core GPA and test scores from the ACT or SAT. Here is the formula we use to calculate a student’s Freshman Index.

• SAT FI = (High school GPA x 500) + SAT critical reading + SAT math
• ACT FI = (High school GPA x 500) + (ACT composite score x 42) + 88

• Students need the following documents to complete their application process:
  • Application and application fee
  • Official High School Transcript
  • Official College Transcript if your student has completed college coursework through dual enrollment at the time of their application
  • Official SAT/ACT scores
  • Proof of Lawful Presence
• We do NOT require essays, letters of recommendations, interviews, etc.

The associate pathway is held on the Blue Ridge, Cumming, Gainesville and Oconee campuses. It is our two-year pathway for students to complete their core classes. Once they complete 30 hours with a 2.25 GPA, they can choose to change their degree level to a bachelor's degree on either the Gainesville or Dahlonega Campus.
