Former Returning Cadet Admission Requirements and Application Procedures

Previously enrolled Cadets who have been away for less than three semesters (including summer term and have not attended another college) may be advised and register for classes as a continuing student without having to reapply for admission.

Cadets who were previously enrolled at ��ý but have not been in attendance for three or more semesters (including summer term) must reapply for admission to the university and have a clear disciplinary, conduct and background record.

Note: If you attended another college during your absence from ��ý, you must apply as a transfer student.

Apply for admission online using the or submit a paper application (PDF). You will pay a non-refundable $40 application fee.

Army Regulations require verified proof of lawful presence in order to participate in ROTC and the Corps of Cadets. Lawful presence will need to be provided prior to an admissions decision being made for Corps of Cadets participation. Students who cannot provide lawful presence may be admitted to the University of North Georgia, but not as a cadet. We cannot evaluate your application for admission until you have submitted a valid document for your verification of Lawful Presence Documentation.
